The Company:

Role & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Operations and Warehouse teams for cargo readiness and timely booking.

• Liaise with Forwarders/Carriers for shipping instructions and VGM submission.

• Plan and book shipments efficiently with selected forwarders.

• Prepare and submit full sets of shipping documents (invoice, packing list, C/O, marine insurance, etc.) per customer and L/C requirements.

• Verify local charges and submit for payment approval.

• Maintain organized document filing to support audits.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve shipping/document issues promptly.

• Monitor operations, ensure compliance, and support end-to-end logistics performance.

• Escalate and resolve operational risks effectively.

• Develop and update SOPs to maintain process efficiency.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement through simplification and automation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Logistics, or English.

• 5+ years’ experience in export documentation and forwarder booking.

• Solid knowledge of L/C procedures and international trade practices.

• Strong customer focus, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
