The Company:
Our client is a global leader in the F&B industry.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing product change and innovation projects within the Vietnam market and select Southeast Asian markets.
- Act as the key interface among internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from feasibility checks and scope definition to timeline management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to deliver projects in alignment with revenue, productivity, and quality goals.
- Ensure project delivery meets established standards of quality, cost, and timing
- Drive process optimization by minimizing waste, avoiding complexity, and leveraging existing platforms.
- Contribute to regional alignment and knowledge-sharing by documenting and communicating learnings from completed projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry, with at least 3 years in a project management or commercialization role.
- Strong understanding of project and process management methodologies.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
