Supply Chain Project Manager

The Company:

Our client is a global leader in the F&B industry.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams in executing product change and innovation projects within the Vietnam market and select Southeast Asian markets.
• Act as the key interface among internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from feasibility checks and scope definition to timeline management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to deliver projects in alignment with revenue, productivity, and quality goals.
• Ensure project delivery meets established standards of quality, cost, and timing
• Drive process optimization by minimizing waste, avoiding complexity, and leveraging existing platforms.
• Contribute to regional alignment and knowledge-sharing by documenting and communicating learnings from completed projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry, with at least 3 years in a project management or commercialization role.
• Strong understanding of project and process management methodologies.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
