Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply planning activities to ensure product availability, operational efficiency, and alignment with business demand.
- Develop and manage supply plans by translating demand forecasts into actionable production, inventory, and distribution strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, logistics, finance, and commercial teams to align planning decisions and priorities.
- Support planning governance processes such as S&OP/IBP cycles, preparing insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Monitor supply constraints, capacity issues, and potential disruptions; develop mitigation plans to maintain service levels.
- Track key supply planning KPIs including service levels, plan attainment, inventory health, and supply stability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes, governance, and analytical capabilities.
- Lead and develop a planning team, ensuring strong execution and capability development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain planning, including supply planning, IBP/S&OP, or network planning.
- Proven experience managing and developing teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using planning systems, ERP platforms, or business intelligence tools.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced degree or professional certifications in supply chain (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) are an advantage.
