About the job
Key responsibilities:

Manage and oversee Logistics, Warehouse, Planning, and Purchasing (Buyer) teams.

Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.

Ensure accurate demand forecasting, inventory control, and production planning.
-
Optimize import/export operations, customs compliance, and local distribution.
-
Strengthen supplier management and purchasing cost control.
-
Improve warehouse efficiency, stock accuracy, and KPI performance.
-
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes.
-
Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Regional teams.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields
-
8+ years of experience in supply chain management within manufacturing or industrial/mechanical products
-
Proven leadership experience managing multi-functional teams
-
Strong knowledge of import-export, inventory planning, and supplier management
-
Good communication skills in English.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
-
Hands-on, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
