Strategy Lead (Oncology)

Job Description:
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and commercial assessments for oncology products, including both in-house and licensed-in portfolios.
- Develop product management strategies and promotional plans for the pre-launch phase of oncology products.
- Liaise with Headquarters to gather strategic information, marketing tools, and align on pricing strategies.
- Lead launch readiness activities and provide product training to cross-functional teams.
- Support the Medical team in developing and implementing special import quota processes for oncology products in Vietnam, ensuring full compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate closely with global alliance partners to maximize the value and market potential of oncology products in Vietnam.
- Serve as the commercial lead for oncology products following the first product approval.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales or marketing within the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 3 years with oncology
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in the pharmaceutical business.
- Strong communication skills with an inclusive and collaborative approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, honest, enthusiastic, and highly responsible.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams and lead cross-functional projects or initiatives.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Able to travel internationally as required for business.
