Specification Supervisor (Philippines)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Cultivate relationships with architects, engineers, consultants, and design firms to secure product specifications for building projects.
• Educate specifiers about the features, benefits, and applications of our products through presentations, lunch-and-learns, and other promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert specifications into sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor project pipelines and identify upcoming opportunities for product specification.
• Provide technical support and guidance to specifiers regarding product selection, application, and installation.
• Stay informed about industry trends, codes, and standards to ensure our products meet design requirements.
• Prepare reports on specification activities, project leads, and market trends for management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in specification sales within the building materials industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, architectural design, and building codes.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
