Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality, progress, and safety of all phases from site construction through acceptance and ongoing production maintenance.
- Support the Project Manager in customer and supplier communication, ensuring projects meet technical agreements, quality standards, and timelines.
- Collaborate with proposal, design, and site engineering teams to resolve issues during project execution, including mechanical/electrical installation and on‑site robot programming.
- Oversee logistics preparation, material storage, supplier authorization, task/shift assignments, and daily operational management.
- Lead the on‑site team, track and document equipment failures, resolve issues promptly, and maintain updated issue logs.
- Build and strengthen the on‑site team, including organizational structure design, participant selection, and supplier capability evaluation, ensuring consistent performance and stability.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, earning trust and credibility with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automation, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in technical support, service engineering, or debugging within the automation industry, with proven ability to independently manage on‑site installation, commissioning, and programming. Alternatively, 3+ years of site management experience with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Familiarity with the 3C industry (Computer, Communication, Consumer Electronics) and applications of robotic equipment in this sector.
- Knowledge of industrial robots; prior experience with leading robotics platforms is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel and work overtime when required.
- Demonstrated team player mindset, eagerness to learn new skills, and ability to build trust and credibility.
- Integrity, openness, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
