Our client is one of the leading international machinery equipment brand focus on food processing.

Role & Responsibilities:

An integral member of their regional leadership team, this individual will have extensive leverage to managing projects of company's clien as a progressive leader in a position of Site Manager.

You will be responsible for:

• Service supervision function for installation and commissioning of food and beverage projects

• Reporting directly to head of department

• Coordination of service team and any subcontractor on site of project execution

• Updating technician planning and project progress on actual status

• Maintain project schedule and announce deviations as soon as possible

• Communicating link between technicians, customer and technical departments

• Follow up material deliveries during project execution

• Complaint management in case of disorders due to missing or wrong parts

• Arrange acceptance tests and capacity trials according specification

• Arrange all necessary documents signatures as acceptance test, training protocols, handover protocols and so on to close projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with ideally Engineering technical background

• 7-10 years successful track record in Site Management within Machinery Equipment industry

• Extensive experience working in a global capacity with team management experience

• Excellent leadership skills, people management and talent development experience
