Service Sales Specialist – Robotics & Automation

Our client is a global leader in robotics and industrial automation, providing advanced solutions for manufacturing and industrial applications worldwide. With a strong commitment to innovation and customer support, they are expanding their service sales team in Northern Vietnam.
2. Role & Responsibilities

Implement service sales strategy in collaboration with Service Sales Manager and/or Service Manager

Penetrate installed base, promote upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions
-
Understand channel strategy, establish pricing, prepare sales plans, and propose recovery plans when needed
-
Regularly update installed base in the service database with site changes
-
Utilize service tools to understand existing installed base and identify sales opportunities
-
Focus on entire service portfolio to secure profit for assigned business units
-
Generate service sales leads and develop new market opportunities
-
Take a “One Company” approach to leverage other colleagues’ portfolios
-
Establish long-term customer relationships by understanding customer requirements and applicable regulations
-
Demonstrate technical service product/solutions knowledge to promote Life Cycle Management
-
Register customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
-
Sell entire service product portfolio to expand company footprint in the designated area
-
Prepare and monitor sales proposals, tenders, and proposal statistics
-
Prepare service offerings based on customer needs in coordination with Service Sales Manager
-
Communicate contract details in accordance with company offering and strategy
-
Manage administrative sales processes
3. Requirements
-
Advanced Chinese speaking
-
Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
-
Knowledge of industrial robot systems and other manufacturing applications is an advantage
-
Ability to travel and willingness to work at customer sites
