1. The Company
A multinational organization operating in the industrial and service-driven sector is expanding its service business in Vietnam. The company focuses on long-term customer partnerships, service excellence, and sustainable revenue growth across key economic regions.
2. Role & Responsibilities:

Lead and execute service sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability across Vietnam.

Develop and manage relationships with key customers and partners, acting as the main commercial contact for service-related business.

Identify new service opportunities and expand market coverage in major industrial hubs.

Manage, coach, and develop the service sales team to ensure strong performance and target achievement.

Collaborate closely with internal functions including engineering, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management review.

Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events, and commercial discussions.

Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales approaches.
3. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA is an advantage.

At least 5–7 years of experience in sales management, preferably within service, industrial, or technical sectors.

Proven ability to manage key accounts and consistently achieve sales targets.

Strong understanding of the Vietnam market, particularly in major cities and industrial zones.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in CRM systems and standard business applications.

Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.

Willingness to travel frequently within Vietnam and occasionally to regional markets.
