Service Sales (Chinese speaking)

Job Purpose

The Consumer & Parts Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of consumer products and spare parts, developing strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth communication with Chinese-speaking clients and partners. This role supports business growth in the Vietnam market, with a special focus on Chinese customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales of consumer products and spare parts in Vietnam, especially for the Hanoi region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and suppliers (including Chinese-speaking partners).
• Handle inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up to close sales orders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with logistics, service, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates for management.
• Support after-sales activities including warranty, spare parts availability, and technical coordination.
• Translate, communicate, and liaise effectively with Chinese suppliers/partners when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales (consumer goods, industrial equipment, or spare parts preferred).
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) – both written and spoken. English or Vietnamese proficiency is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good understanding of sales processes, order handling, and customer service.
• Willingness to travel domestically when required.
