Role & Responsibilities:
As the Senior Sales Specialist for Medium Voltage, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering client relationships within the medium voltage segment. Your key duties will include:
Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the medium voltage market.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Providing technical expertise and support to clients, addressing their specific needs.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Generating regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in medium voltage sales, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong technical knowledge of medium voltage products and applications.
Strategic thinking and the ability to develop effective sales plans.

Proficiency in relevant software applications for sales tracking and reporting.
