Senior Sales Specialist

The Company: Our client is an iconic Industrial brand, with long standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence across Asia Pacific.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell power transmission products including gearmotors, drive systems, and related automation systems.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets in assigned industrial segments (e.g., F&B, cement, automotive, wastewater treatment, etc.).
- Identify and engage new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, OEMs, and distributors.
- Provide technical consultation and customized solutions to meet clients’ needs, in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and risks.
- Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, contract terms, and project timelines.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence for internal planning.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics), Business or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial sales.
- Strong knowledge of gearboxes, motors, or drive technology is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and site meetings.
