Role & Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential and achieve sales goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and support the professional development of the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Address client issues and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Coordinate with global sales teams to align strategies and share best practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the packaging industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to travel as needed.
