The Company
Our client is an international provider of warehouse automation and intralogistics solutions, offering integrated systems such as ASRS, conveyors, and material handling technologies that support efficient logistics and supply chain operations.
As part of their continued expansion in Vietnam, the company is strengthening its commercial team to capture growing demand from logistics, manufacturing, and e‑commerce sectors. They are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive business development and manage project-based sales in the local market.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development activities for warehouse automation and intralogistics solutions in Vietnam.
- Identify, pursue, and close new project-based sales opportunities while managing existing customer accounts.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and technical discussions to proposal submission and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, system integrators, and relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with internal engineering and project teams to ensure solution alignment and successful delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs, providing regular updates and sales forecasts to management.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and support strategic planning initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in warehouse automation, intralogistics, material handling, or industrial project-based solutions.
- Proven ability to develop business, manage long sales cycles, and close complex technical projects.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and strong in problem-solving, communication, and coordination.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Willing to travel within Vietnam as required.
