Senior Sales Engineer (Chinese speaking/ Automation)

About the job

Role and responsibilities:

• Contribute to the planning and execution of business development strategies to meet assigned revenue goals within the Southern market.
• Establish and nurture strong partnerships with both local and international manufacturers in the electronics and precision engineering industries.
• Conduct frequent client meetings to identify needs, recommend suitable products or solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Deliver preliminary technical guidance, coordinate product trials or demos, and collaborate with technical specialists to fulfill client requirements.
• Support in drafting commercial proposals, preparing quotations, and assisting in discussions related to pricing, delivery schedules, and service terms.
• Liaise closely with internal departments (production, logistics, service, and local representatives) to guarantee efficient order fulfillment and post-sales support.
• Track market movements, competitor activities, and emerging customer demands to identify growth opportunities and provide feedback to management.
• Contribute to promotional activities such as customer workshops, product showcases, and regional trade exhibitions.
• Prepare and submit regular business reports (weekly, monthly) covering sales progress, pipeline status, client visits, and revenue forecasts.
