Role & Responsibilities:
Understand and communicate the technical features and benefits of our solutions to potential clients within Automation field.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets, while cultivating strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through effective prospecting and networking.
Collaborate with the engineering team to design and propose customized solutions that address the unique needs of each client.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the capabilities and value proposition of our automation technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
Proven track record in technical sales, preferably within the automation, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze complex problems and design tailored solutions.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
