Our client is a leading international provider of power transmission and drive solutions, supplying a wide range of geared motors, gearboxes, and drive technologies to multiple industrial sectors. With a strong global footprint, the company focuses on delivering reliable, energy-efficient, and innovative solutions to OEMs, system integrators, and end-users. They are now seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to expand their presence in Vietnam and drive sustainable business growth.
2. Role & Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across manufacturing, automation, and industrial applications.

Build and strengthen long-term partnerships with OEMs, system integrators, distribution partners, and end-users.

Deliver technical presentations, proposals, and customized quotations to customers.

Lead contract negotiations and close sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Provide technical support and product guidance to ensure the right solution for each application.

Assist clients in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to geared motors and drive systems.

Maintain regular reporting through CRM tools: opportunity pipeline, customer visits, and sales forecasts.

Ensure timely follow-up of receivables and support finance teams to maintain payment discipline.

Conduct frequent customer visits to uncover new opportunities and strengthen market positioning.
3. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, or Industrial Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in industrial equipment, preferably in power transmission, drive systems, or automation solutions.

Strong technical knowledge of motor dynamics, gear systems, and industrial automation applications.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Good command of English and Vietnamese.
