About the job

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Development Team, supporting hospitality and mixed-use projects across cost planning, procurement, and commercial management functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project cost plans, budgets, and cost forecasts
• Lead cost control, value engineering (VE), and budget monitoring throughout project lifecycle
• Coordinate tendering processes, review BOQs, tender submissions, and commercial proposals
• Support contractor negotiations, procurement strategy, and contract administration
• Review variation orders (VO), contractor claims, payments, and final accounts
• Work closely with Design, Construction, Finance, Consultants, and Contractors to ensure project delivery within approved budgets
• Prepare commercial reports, procurement updates, and management presentations

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management
• Developer-side experience is highly preferred
• Strong experience in cost planning, budgeting, tendering, procurement, and commercial management
• Exposure to hospitality, residential, mixed-use, renovation, or Design & Build (D&B) projects
• Familiar with FIDIC and construction contract administration
• Strong commercial mindset, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of Vietnam construction market pricing and contractor landscape
• Good English communication skills

Preferred Background

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Exposure to both new build and refurbishment projects
