Role & Responsibilities:
An integral member of their leadership team, this individual will have extensive leverage to establish world class sales capabilities within their organization as a progressive individual in a position of Senior Project Sales Manager.
You will be responsible for:
Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve sales targets in projects sector
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the construction industry
Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales plans
Work with architects and contractors, and other industry professionals to identify opportunities
Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers throughout the sales process
Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies as needed
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential customers
Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to the management team
Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field
7+ years of experience in project sales, preferably in the building materials industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Technical knowledge of building materials and construction methods
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
