About the job and company: the Senior Med Rep (ETC) is responsible for driving business performance and developing key accounts within the assigned territory through product promotion, customer engagement, and account management. Additionally, the position ensures strict compliance with company policies, maintaining high standards of ethical practice, accurate reporting, and effective territory management.
Job Description:

Deliver and exceed established sales targets, volume growth, and market penetration objectives within the assigned territory.

Generate sustainable product demand by building high-impact professional relationships with HCPs and medical institutions.

Monitor and optimize product availability, ensuring a strong brand footprint across targeted accounts.

Actively drive and facilitate the hospital listing process, securing product inclusion in key hospital formularies and bidding tenders.

Analyze hospital procurement workflows and institutional dynamics to enhance account access and product positioning.

Formulate and execute strategic Key Account Plans; track performance metrics regularly and implement corrective actions for underperforming accounts.

Identify untapped market segments, new department expansions, and formulary review opportunities to maximize growth.

Design and execute comprehensive territory coverage plans, incorporating precise stakeholder mapping and target segmentation.

Optimize call frequency, reach, and engagement quality across high-priority customer segments.

Utilize a multi-channel engagement model (combining face-to-face visits, digital platforms, and medical webinars) tailored to clinician preferences.

Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely reporting on market dynamics and field activities.

Map, identify, and engage influential decision-makers and key stakeholders within medical institutions to support market access strategies.

Develop robust relationships with regional KOLs and collaborate with medical societies to support educational initiatives.

Partner closely with internal cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access) to deliver a seamless, personalized customer experience.

Adhere strictly to all local healthcare regulations, industry codes of conduct, and corporate compliance standards.
Job Requirement:

University degree in Pharmacy

Minimum 4+ years of successful track record as a Medical Representative or Senior Representative within the pharmaceutical industry.

Proven experience operating within the hospital/ethical (ETC) channel is highly preferred.

Prior exposure to hospital listing processes, tender management, or institutional account management is a distinct advantage.

Strong commercial acumen, strategic account planning skills, and excellent communication capabilities.
