The Company: Our client is in public sector with specialization within international trade, industrial cooperation and investment relations.
Role & Responsibilities:
Identify, assess, and cultivate business opportunities for European companies in Vietnam, with a specific emphasis on industrial sectors, infrastructure projects, and technology ventures.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to promote European companies' interests in Vietnam, including organizing and managing trade missions, delegations, and business events.
Provide guidance and support to the local market team of the Commercial Section in executing projects and initiatives aimed at fostering business ties.
Foster relationships with key industry stakeholders, government authorities, and relevant organizations to facilitate collaboration and partnership opportunities.
Conduct comprehensive market and industry research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential challenges within the Vietnamese market.
Develop and deliver tailored business coaching services to European companies seeking to enter or expand their presence in Vietnam, including market entry strategies, regulatory compliance, and cultural considerations.
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives and effective execution of business development initiatives.
Stay abreast of regulatory changes, policy developments, and market dynamics impacting industrial sectors, infrastructure projects, and technology ventures in Vietnam.
Analyze market data and feedback from stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making and refine business development strategies.
Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management regarding business development activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven track record of success in business development, market expansion, or project management within the industrial sectors, infrastructure, or technology domains.
Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market landscape, including regulatory frameworks, industry trends, and cultural nuances.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated project management capabilities, including the ability to organize and execute business events, trade missions, and delegations.
Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and develop actionable insights and strategies.
Experience providing business coaching or advisory services to companies seeking market entry or expansion.
Fluency in English and Vietnamese languages; proficiency in German is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
