Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Support Strategic HR Projects: Drive initiatives related to goal setting, learning programs, and process improvements, from strategy to execution.
- Enhance HR Effectiveness: Partner with the HR Director to develop structured approaches, define efficiency metrics, and improve HR analytics utilization.
- Strengthen Learning & Development: Contribute to internal HR team development and align HR programs with business needs.
- Support Engagement & Talent: Assist with engagement and talent initiatives, including outreach efforts.
- Advise C-level on HR Strategy: Help review HR strategies, policies, and materials to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Collaborate on People Initiatives: Support HRBPs and leaders on projects focused on people development, organizational culture, and ways of working.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, with strong academic performance.
- 6+ years in HR, consulting, or a strategic HR role within a multinational or leading local company.
- Background in Compensation & Benefits or HR Business Partnering is highly valued.
- Experience with HR systems, analytics, and efficiency metrics is a plus.
- Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
