Key Responsibilities:

• Lead internal control program: Define objectives, assess deficiencies, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with business owners.
• Drive process optimization: Continuously improve and automate internal controls for efficiency and effectiveness, especially within new product/process launches.
• Manage risk assessment: Develop and implement an annual risk and control assessment in coordination with Internal/External Audit.
• Ensure compliance & documentation: Coordinate IFRS audit documentation and collaborate with external auditors and advisors on VAS/IFRS reporting.
• Oversee financial accuracy: Review and verify accounting entries for The Company and its subsidiaries, ensuring correct transaction recording and reporting.
• Monitor spending & cost savings: Control expenditures across the group and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support automation initiatives: Participate in projects to build systems/tools that reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Auditing, Accounting, or Finance
• 8+ years in Internal Control, Accounting, Finance, or Auditing (Big 4 experience highly valued).
• Must have strong experience with consolidated IFRS reports.
• Proven project management and business controls experience.
• Experience with Big Data, Fintech, or e-commerce is a significant advantage.
• ACCA/International CPA qualification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong communication (written & verbal) in both Vietnamese and English.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities across all organizational levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
