Our client is a global consumer goods organization with long-term operations in Vietnam, focusing on high-quality production, operational efficiency, and sustainable business practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial insights to support operational and commercial decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and regular management reporting.
• Review financial results, analyze variances, and highlight key business implications.
• Assess product performance, major spending, and efficiency improvement opportunities.
• Monitor production costs, inventory movements, and overall manufacturing performance.
• Ensure stock accuracy through regular checks and coordination with relevant teams.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and internal policies.
• Support audit activities and contribute to strengthening internal controls.
• Oversee month-end closing, payables/receivables, and expense recognition.
• Maintain accurate financial data within ERP systems and supervise the finance team

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is highly preferred
• 10+ years of experience in finance roles; exposure to manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, compliance, and financial processes.
• Strong analytical mindset, communication skills, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
