Role & Responsibilities:
Overseeing, developing, and executing commercial and marketing strategies in Vietnam. The primary responsibilities include managing monthly and annual sales targets, ensuring profitability, and developing customer accounts based on their needs.
Lead business development to meet revenue and profit targets.
Achieve annual and monthly sales plans in line with business forecasts.
Provide strategic direction and budgeting for commercial activities.
Analyze market segments and competitor activities to determine trends and new product strategies.
Understand business issues and deliver market analysis.
Network with end-users, key stakeholders, and organizations.
Develop business and marketing plans integrating product lines, sales, and marketing strategies.
Manage relationships with existing customers and develop new ones.
Implement business solutions to increase volumes and profitability.
Utilize sales reports to identify and resolve issues.
Generate monthly reports on budget performance, competition analysis, and market conditions.
Plan and deliver forecasts for the business area.
Uphold the organization's vision and values.
Manage and motivate the team to achieve objectives.
Manage contracts with industrial customers and distributors.
Ensure timely collections from distributors within specified credit limits.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business Management or the related field.
Minimum 10 years of export/import sales experience in the frozen food industry, including leadership roles and exposure to different geographies in Vietnam.
Proficiency in contract negotiation and drafting related to the import/export process & regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with diverse teams.
Detail-oriented with proficient analytical capabilities.
Fluency in both written and verbal English, Vietnamese, and preferred Chinese.
Willingness to travel, as and when required.
