Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed financial analysis on brand performance metrics, generating insightful reports for senior management.
• Develop and execute margin improvement strategies through pricing optimization, cost reduction, and product mix analysis.
• Manage working capital metrics to optimize efficiency while maintaining balanced inventory levels and brand requirements.
• Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, providing variance analysis and insights to explain actual performance.
• Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Mentor and lead a team of financial analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for margin enhancement and operating expense efficiency.
• Monitor and manage working capital metrics, implementing strategies for optimization.
• Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, providing variance analysis and insights.
• Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities, developing mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• University Degree in Finance/Accounting (CFA is a plus)
• Over 10 years of experience with an FP&A/Controlling focus
• Big 4/audit background is a plus
• Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities,
• Fluent in English in both written & spoken
