Senior Architect

About the job

• We are looking for a Senior Architect who can bridge design and development — not only leading concept design but also optimizing layout efficiency and ensuring alignment with business, leasing, and operational goals.
• This position reports directly to the Design Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead concept design and design development across assigned projects
• Prepare test-fit layouts to maximize efficiency (GFA, unit mix)
• Manage and coordinate external design consultants
• Work closely with internal teams including development, leasing, and operations
• Support design implementation through the construction phase

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in architecture
• Experience in both consultant and developer environments is preferred
• Background in residential, hospitality, and/or mixed-use projects
• Strong capabilities in design, space planning, and cross-functional coordination
