Senior Accounting Manager

The Company: Our client is one of the leaders in the E-com sector, helping brands and retailers become more successful in Vietnam and SEA region.

Responsibilities:

Design, automate, and execute financial controls to minimize loss.
Oversee Order-to-Cash process, ensuring timely collection of sales proceeds.
Manage Purchase-to-Pay process for trade and non-trade purchases, staff claims, and payment approval.
Handle Record-to-Report process including revenue recognition, product costing, inventory management, and period-end closing.
Coordinate with brands to ensure contractual terms and promotions are properly billed.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations including VAT, CIT, and WHT.
Prepare periodic financial performance reports and compliant financial statements.
Coordinate external financial audits with auditors.
Manage Finance system operations and integration with ERP.
Supervise 20+ team members
Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Qualifications:

University Degree in Finance/Accounting
ACCA, CPA qualified are preferred
At least 10 years in Finance and Accounting
Finance & Accounting management experience preferred.
Big 4 background is preferable
English proficiency in both writing and speaking.
Keen to drive changes via automation and system integrations to improve efficiency and productivity
