Sales Supervisor (Hanoi)

The Company: Our client is an iconic Industrial brand, with long standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence across Asia Pacific.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead and support the sales team to maximize performance, providing guidance, training, and motivation.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contract terms.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics), Business or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
