About the job

The Company: Our client is a global technology leader providing high-quality electrical and automation solutions. With a strong presence in the low voltage (LV) systems market, the company is committed to delivering innovative, energy-efficient, and intelligent solutions for modern buildings and infrastructure. To support business expansion in Vietnam, we are looking for a Sales Specialist focused on the Building Segment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Low Voltage (LV) products and solutions to clients in the building and infrastructure sector (e.g., commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, data centers).

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, investors, and system integrators.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage project pipelines, and ensure timely follow-up on sales leads.

  • Conduct technical presentations and solution proposals tailored to client requirements.

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to provide strategic input for business development.

  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, engineering, and aftersales) to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and report regularly to the Sales Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.

  • At least 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in low voltage systems, electrical components, or building-related solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of LV systems (e.g., circuit breakers, distribution boards, panels).

  • Experience working with building contractors, M&E consultants, and infrastructure projects.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English.

  • Based in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi, willing to travel when required.
