The Company: Our client is an iconic brand in the Industrial Sector, with long-standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence across the Asia Pacific.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the textile and apparel industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers regarding spare parts for company equipment.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the customer and the company.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product development and improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the line manager.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and network with industry professionals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electronics, etc) or technical related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the sale of spare parts within the garment-textile industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to travel as needed.
