The Company
Our client is a global industrial technology organization specializing in energy efficiency solutions, including high‑efficiency motors and thermal management system technologies. Their products play a critical role across commercial and residential HVAC systems, smart buildings, and data center infrastructure.
As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a Sales Rep / Business Development professional to drive growth in Vietnam.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and execute sales and business development strategies in Vietnam, driving revenue growth across assigned products and solution portfolios.
- Build, manage, and expand distributor, dealer, and channel partner networks, ensuring strong market coverage and sustainable long-term partnerships.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities and key projects, particularly within HVAC, data centers, and industrial applications.
- Develop relationships with OEMs, system integrators, consultants, and design institutes to support project specifications and win rates.
- Drive solution-based selling, working closely with customers to understand technical requirements and position energy-efficient products effectively.
- Collaborate with regional teams, aligning local execution with regional business strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with product management and marketing teams to strengthen market positioning, brand awareness, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing dynamics, and customer needs, providing insights and accurate sales forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within industrial products, HVAC systems, motors, or related technical solutions.
- Proven experience in developing and managing distribution channels, EPC projects, and partner ecosystems.
- Strong track record in project sales, pipeline management, bidding processes, and contract negotiation.
- Exposure to HVAC, data center, or industrial applications is highly advantageous.
- Fluent in English; an additional regional language (e.g., Mandarin) is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel
