Sales Professional (Chinese & English Speaking)

The Company: Our client is a globally reputable manufacturing group with a strong footprint in precision engineering and premium components serving the global cycling and performance sports equipment sector.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales activities for assigned products and key accounts in Vietnam and selected APAC markets.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and regional partners.
- Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams (technical, supply chain, and headquarters) to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow through contracts in line with company policies.
- Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to support business strategy.
- Coordinate closely with regional and China-based stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective bilingual communication.
- Participate in trade shows, customer visits, and business trips as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, International Trade, or a related discipline.
- Professional experience in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing, industrial products, or consumer technical goods.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
- Proven ability to manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities.
- Commercially minded, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable working with cross-border teams and multicultural environments.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
