Having operated in Vietnam for many years, the company is currently expanding its local presence through the establishment of a new subsidiary to support long-term development and investment activities.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis

Conduct market research across Vietnam’s real estate sector, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Prepare market intelligence reports and presentations to support strategic planning and management decisions.

Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and regulatory updates.

Track relevant legal and policy changes related to real estate development.
Sales Planning & Execution
-
Support the development and implementation of sales strategies for residential products such as villas and apartments.
-
Coordinate with external sales agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution and performance tracking.

Review and manage sales documentation, including procedures, contracts, and reporting systems.

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Marketing & Branding

Support the development of project branding, marketing concepts, and product positioning strategies.

Conduct SWOT and market positioning analysis to support commercial decision-making.
-
Coordinate marketing materials, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities across channels.
Cross-functional Coordination
-
Support implementation of the department’s Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
-
Coordinate with internal departments, project teams, and external partners to ensure smooth operational processes.

Maintain effective communication across stakeholders.
Compliance & Risk Management
-
Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with company policies and applicable legal regulations.

Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with business operations.
Job Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or related disciplines.

Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.

Prior experience with international property consulting firms or real estate advisory companies is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, residential and commercial property development, and foreign investment frameworks.

Established network within the real estate industry and familiarity with regulatory authorities is advantageous.

Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Proven leadership capability with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in English communication.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
