As part of its continued business growth and expansion in Vietnam, the company is seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive sustainable growth, strengthen market presence, and build high-performing teams.
Role & Responsibilities:

Lead the overall commercial strategy and execution to achieve sustainable business growth and profitability in Vietnam.

Develop and implement business plans aligned with company objectives, market opportunities, and long-term growth strategies.

Take full ownership of commercial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Drive sales excellence across multiple channels, including modern trade, specialty retail, distribution partners, and digital commerce platforms.

Identify market trends, consumer insights, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities to support business decision-making.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, distributors, and external stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of commercial initiatives, product launches, and market expansion plans.

Monitor business performance and provide strategic recommendations to optimize sales, profitability, and operational effectiveness.

Lead, coach, and develop commercial teams to build organizational capability and foster a high-performance culture.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support business transformation projects where required.

Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and corporate governance standards.

Prepare and present business reviews, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.

Minimum 10 years of commercial leadership experience within FMCG, Consumer Health, Personal Care, Beauty, Retail, or related industries.

Proven track record of driving business growth and managing commercial performance at a senior leadership level.

Strong experience in sales management, business development, customer management, and commercial strategy.

Demonstrated experience managing multiple sales channels, including modern trade, specialty retail, distributors, and digital commerce.

Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.

Proven leadership capability with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Experience working within multinational organizations is highly preferred.

Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
