Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with assigned country and other select markets, handle planning, operations, and commercial activities.
- Lead business growth efforts, focusing on increasing sales, improving profitability, and enhancing customer engagement in the consumer goods sector.
- Perform market research to understand sales volumes and seasonal trends.
- Utilize communication skills and product knowledge to address customer concerns, collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Oversee stock management and inventory vendor management, ensuring any issues are quickly addressed with appropriate solutions.
- Work with internal teams to manage logistics and optimize costs within the supply chain.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Supply Chain Planning, preferably in food-related industries.
- Proficiency in both English and Thai (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and understanding of product specifications and quality standards.
- Proven success in managing key customer accounts and delivering sustained business growth.
- Solid understanding of pricing strategies, cost management, and business operations.
