Sales Manager (Telematics)

The Company: Our client is a fast-growing provider of telematics and IoT solutions, enabling smarter fleet management and real-time asset tracking for logistics, transportation, and industrial sectors. To accelerate their expansion in Vietnam, they are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead business development efforts and grow their customer base in the region.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the telematics business.
- Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and networking.
- Present solutions and conduct product demos tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Prepare quotations and close deals, ensuring contracts are signed to meet targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive long-term engagement.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to refine sales tactics.
- Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, technical, and product teams) to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry exhibitions, roadshows, and meetings to promote the company’s telematics offerings.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: More than 3 years of sales experience in telematics, IoT, fleet management, or automotive tech industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.
- Good understanding of the telematics market, GPS tracking systems, and SaaS business models is preferred.
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese.
