Our client is a comprehensive equipment supplier specializing in pharmaceutical and food & beverage industries. Since its establishment in the early 1990s, the company has delivered thousands of advanced systems and solutions to pharmaceutical and biotech firms across more than 40 countries. Its portfolio includes process support, core equipment, integrated systems, and engineering services widely applied in injectables, chemical APIs, bioengineering, and pharma packaging.
2. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead sales and marketing development in the Thailand market for pharmaceutical industry machinery (e.g., filling machines, freeze dryers, UHT, CIP systems, sterilization equipment).
- Collaborate with solution support and production teams to accurately identify customer requirements (URS) and apply effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, visit clients and overseas regional agents, and develop new potential customers.
- Conduct pre-customer needs investigations to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of information; manage communication via telephone and email.
- Oversee the entire sales process including project bidding, business negotiation, quotation preparation, contract execution, goods distribution, payment recovery, and related activities.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, collect market intelligence, and implement sales and marketing strategies.
3. Requirements
- Education: University degree, preferably in science or technology.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, with prior exposure to pharmaceutical machinery or similar industries required.
- Language: Fluent written and spoken English.
- Personal Attributes: Adaptability, responsibility, enthusiasm, and strong team spirit.
