We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to grow our business within the F&B processing and industrial machinery sector. The ideal candidate brings a strong professional network, solid B2B sales experience, and familiarity with processing or packaging technologies used in the F&B industry.
This role is ideal for those who enjoy developing customer relationships and delivering comprehensive industrial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Management

Perform daily sales calls and customer visits with existing and prospective clients.

Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and solution-based discussions.

Assess customer requirements and propose suitable machinery/industrial solutions.

Prepare quotations and proposals aligned with internal policies and obtain necessary approvals.

Support negotiations for contracts, tenders, and commercial terms.

Provide accurate information for order registration and coordinate with internal teams for project handover.

Execute sales planning and prepare regular reports for the line manager.
2. Market Research & Insights

Forecast and analyze market trends, customer behaviors, technology developments, and competitor activities within the F&B machinery sector.

Identify new business opportunities and evaluate key customer segments.

Prioritize customer focus areas based on strategic direction.
3. Business Development

Support participation in industry exhibitions, seminars, and conferences.

Recommend portfolio expansions or solution enhancements based on customer needs.

Attend local and international fairs as required.
4. Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers.

Promote the company’s industrial solutions and value proposition in the market.

Address customer issues, complaints, and inquiries to ensure high satisfaction.

Represent the company professionally to external stakeholders and strategic partners.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in F&B, food processing equipment, industrial machinery, or technical solutions.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Result-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in sales development.

Creative in problem-solving, resilient, and able to work independently.

High level of integrity and strong communication skills
