The Company: Our client is one of the leading providers of advanced laboratory equipment and solutions in Vietnam.
Role & Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Team Leadership:
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to sales representatives.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and set individual and team objectives.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Sales Operations:
• Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with company objectives.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Develop and implement action plans based on analysis and feedback.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Chemical, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the laboratory equipment industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as required.
