The Company: Our client is a global leader in IoT and digital connectivity solutions, supporting innovation across multiple industries, and is now seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand their presence in Vietnam.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and channel growth for industrial-grade networking hardware.
- Build and manage relationships with system integrators, solution providers, and industrial clients across industries like manufacturing, energy, and transportation.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to offer tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Lead end-to-end sales activities from opportunity identification, proposal preparation, contract negotiation to closing.
- Monitor market developments and competitive activities to inform sales strategy and ensure long-term customer value.
- Represent the company at local trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Proven success in sales, preferably within industrial networking, connectivity, or related fields.
- Strong track record in developing markets, managing partners/distributors, and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and consultative selling skills.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese.
