Key Responsibilities:
Business Planning & Organization

Develop and manage business plans in line with agreed market and growth strategies.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Support and execute marketing campaigns and market development initiatives.
-
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while developing new accounts through value-based selling.
Sales Management & Business Development
-
Lead and coach the sales team in key account management to ensure high customer satisfaction.
-
Participate in key customer meetings to strengthen relationships and position the company as a preferred partner.

Support lead generation, opportunity management, and pipeline development activities.
-
Take part in negotiation processes to secure mutually beneficial commercial agreements.
Technical Consulting & Solution Advisory
-
Provide technical guidance and product consulting to customers and internal sales teams.
-
Support customers during the technical evaluation and solution selection stages.
-
Communicate regulatory and compliance-related requirements relevant to industrial and packaging applications.

Work closely with customer engineering/technical teams to demonstrate solution value and application benefits.

Support seminars, exhibitions, and technical events when required.
Customer Relationship & Service Excellence

Support preparation of quotations and cost estimations based on customer requirements, drawings, or technical documentation.

Demonstrate value through productivity improvement, cost optimization, and compliance benefits.

Ensure accurate and timely updates of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
People Management & Development

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for the sales team.
-
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maximize individual and team performance.

Encourage continuous learning about market trends, customer needs, and industry developments.

Foster a collaborative, performance-driven, and improvement-oriented team culture.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, or related disciplines.

Strong command of English (spoken and written).

Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial, packaging, automation, or related sectors.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Availability for frequent travel to customer sites.
