Role & Responsibilities
- Lead business development initiatives with major EPCs in the region.
- Provide clear value propositions that showcase the company’s innovations, engineering capabilities, and return on investment advantages.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, assist with tender preparation, and lead contract negotiations to close deals.
- Mentor local teams and representatives on efficient project sales techniques, and assist in building project pursuit teams for major opportunities.
- Conduct visit market analysis and communicate with global teams to ensure project strategies are aligned.
- Travel domestically and abroad as needed.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

10+ years of experience in industrial project sales or related roles.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills, including experience managing virtual teams.

Ability to analyze financial data and develop effective business strategies.

Confident communicator in English and Vietnamese.
