The Company: Our client, a globally recognized leader in commercial solutions, is seeking a results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead B2B growth, enhance client relationships, and expand market presence.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial sales strategies to meet business objectives and revenue goals.
- Identify and target potential clients in B2B sectors.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in targeted verticals.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to closing deals and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver tailored solutions and promotions to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports for management.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 4 – 8 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Strong network in fitness, hospitality, or corporate wellness sectors is a strong advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of self-motivation, result orientation, and resilience.
