Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets in the European market.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and trade show presentations.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses to the senior management team.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure individual and collective success.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients and partners.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective resolution of client issues and concerns.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales management within the furniture industry.
• Proven success in selling furniture to the European market.
• Strong network of contacts within the industry, particularly in the EU region.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within Europe and to other international locations as required.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional European languages are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
