Key Responsibilities

Drive both new business development and key account management within the F&B sector

Identify and develop relationships with customers across food and beverage manufacturing

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, solution consulting, proposal, negotiation to closing
-
Provide technical and commercial solutions tailored to customer production needs

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including production, engineering, and procurement teams
-
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall market growth strategy

Work closely with internal technical and service teams to ensure successful project delivery and after-sales support

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer demands to identify new business opportunities
Requirements
-
Proven experience in selling capital equipment / large industrial machinery, ideally within food processing or related industries
-
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing complex deals
-
Ability to balance hunting (new business) and farming (account management)
-
Engineering background (Mechanical, Food Technology, Industrial, or similar) is highly preferred
-
Good understanding of F&B manufacturing processes
-
Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently

Good command of English
