Sales Manager - Feed Additives/ Livestock

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Manage and grow sales revenue within assigned territories and customer accounts

• Develop new customers and business opportunities aligned with the company’s growth strategy

• Build long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners

• Provide sales forecasts, manage receivables, and ensure healthy account performance

• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, seminars, and conferences

Technical Sales & Market Support

• Deliver technical promotion and product positioning to feed mills, farms, and distributors

• Support customers with technical solutions related to animal health, nutrition, and performance

• Coordinate and follow up on local trials and field applications

• Collect market intelligence: competitor activities, pricing, product trends

• Work closely with regional technical teams to address customer inquiries and challenges

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare regular sales reports, market updates, and action plans

• Update CRM system with opportunities and business plans

• Coordinate with management on strategy execution and distributor performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary, Nutrition, or Aquaculture

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the feed / animal nutrition/ animal health industry

• Proven experience in technical sales or commercial roles

• Good command of English (written & spoken)

• Strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and self-driven attitude

• Vietnamese nationality, based in Ho Chi Minh City
