The Company:
Our client is one of the leading equipment brand with significant ambitions to scale their Vietnam business to the next level.
Role & Responsibilities:
An integral member of their regional leadership team, this individual will have extensive leverage to establish business development and sales capabilities within their organization as a progressive sales leader in a position of Sales Manager.
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying business opportunities within Equipment industry.
- Leading the strategic sales development with team.
- Driving effective and integrated sales implementation process.
- Maintain and develop relationship with current business partner.
You will be responsible for leading the sales activties across Vietnam business with expectation for business growth in Vietnam.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with ideally Engineering technical background
- 7-10 years successful track record in business development and sales management within Equipment industry
- Good network within General Industries such as chemical, F&B factories
- Extensive experience working in a global capacity with team management experience
- Excellent leadership skills, people management and talent development experience
