Role & Responsibilities:
An integral member of their regional leadership team, this individual will have extensive leverage to establish business development and sales capabilities within their organization as a progressive sales leader in a position of Sales Manager.
You will be responsible for:
Identifying business opportunities within Equipment industry.
Leading the strategic sales development with team.
Driving effective and integrated sales implementation process.
Maintain and develop relationship with current business partner.
You will be responsible for leading the sales activties across Vietnam business with expectation for business growth in Vietnam.
Bachelor’s Degree with ideally Engineering technical background
7-10 years successful track record in business development and sales management within Equipment industry
Good network within General Industries such as chemical, F&B factories
Extensive experience working in a global capacity with team management experience
Excellent leadership skills, people management and talent development experience
