Role & Responsibilities:
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts in the communication and sound system industry
You will be responsible for:
1. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the communication and sound system industry.
Act as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Understand client needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue.
2. Account Growth and Sales:
Develop and implement account strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets.
Collaborate with clients to understand their long-term goals and align company offerings to support their objectives.
Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.
3. Project Management:
Oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as technicians, engineers, and designers, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Coordinate with clients, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless project implementation.
Provide regular project updates to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
4. Technical Expertise:
Possess a strong understanding of communication and sound system technologies, products, and solutions.
Stay updated on the latest advancements and industry best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of our offerings.
Provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with the technical team to resolve complex problems.
5. Contract Negotiation and Management:
Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.
Monitor contract performance, track deliverables, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Collaborate with the legal team to review and finalize agreements, amendments, and addendums.
Proven experience as Sales Manager or in a similar sales role within the communication and sound system industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, especially within End-users/Consultants/Installers/SI/Contractors
Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Communications, Business) is preferred.
